Steam Yacht Gondola on Coniston....

We all went out again today for a drive around the Lake District, and it never stopped raining, it really tried out my new Regatta coat. Lunch at Ambleside, cup of tea and cake in the Bluebird Cafe on Coniston before heading back to the Lodge.

We were at the Cafe and this lovely Steam Yacht Gondola which dropped off a few hardy passengers and they headed for the Cafe too for refreshments and a warm.

Tomorrow we are heading for the steam train and motor museum and a boat ride thrown in.
