First the Eyesight, Then the... the... Memory!

Ah, I'm getting old. On Saturday I picked up my new reading glasses. I have to call them my "reading glasses" as I now have two pairs to carry round -- my old ones for general wandering around use and my new ones just for reading. My eyesight is deteriorating, you see, both reading and distance. I've been forewarned, in two years when my next eye test comes up it'll be time for varifocals.

Today I only remembered that I was supposed to wear my new glasses for work at about 8pm. So it's not just my eyesight that's deteriorating.
