The Kelpies - & a pylon.

This morning we were passing through Grangemouth and we stopped off to see how the Kelpies were progressing. While nearly complete in themselves, there will still be quite a bit to do beneath and around them. They stand next to the sea lock at the end of the Forth & Clyde canal and will form a centrepiece to the new Grangemouth extension with a visitor centre, cafe and all the works. There will be miles of great tarmac cycle/walking paths linking the Kelpies to the Helix and even further afield. Perhaps I should invest in a bike sometime. The only thing is these @&£¥$€ pylons! There is no escaping them! At least they are not the super-giant ones being built from Beauly south.
