Sorry, my titles are getting really bad.

The day as I remember it began at 4 o'clock. No point tossing and turning in bed so I went downstairs and put the kettle on.

Bringing the milk in at 5 o'clock I was amazed that it was dry and the moon and stars were visible. I've never tried night photography but gathered my kit and walked to the lake to experiment. Was almost there when the weather changed - it took 20 minutes to walk home and I was soaked.

The blip is of Great Langdale Beck near Elterwater taken after I had been to the gym. Hope you can see the circles where the rain is landing.
