Sweet Chickadee

Count the feathers in large.

I was in the mood for a bird blip today... So, the feeder seemed like an obvious place to start. The only visitor was this little guy but after getting a series of images that had this lighting I called it good. I really liked the highlighted area that ended up just behind the bird.

It's been an odd few days with rain one minute, sun the next; toss in some hail occasionally, or maybe rain and sun at the same time... It just seems to want to change constantly. I've been caught in a sun-to-rain moment more than once while out with my camera. (You'd think I'd learn to drag my bag along as I wander about...)
