Protection

I am not sure, since I am somewhat ignorant of such things, but I think this may be a ladybird hanging on to his/her larvae. I only found out about ladybird larvae last year, when I spotted one on my parsley.

This wee ladybird has been hanging on to this for days and hasn't moved at all. Hopefully lots more ladybirds are doing the same somewhere in the garden so that they can feast on all the aphids that are multiplying at an alarming rate.

I have a portrait job later on. I'm sure it'll all go well, they're a good bunch of people to work with.

Better go and get myself organised. Two days 'til I'm off!
