Ard something castle

Great day. Deer stalking this morning way up in the glens. All good until the mists rolled in. Thought we would sit it out rather than climb back down but 15 mins later the mist was even thicker so we descended whilst we could still see our feet! Of course once we had got down the clouds lifted - typical. Still, we had seen plenty of deer, several of them stags, and heard the roars. As we thought it impossible to top the morning we decided to head for Orkney and a night in a comfy bed. So we had a long drive and caught the ferry to Stromness with just minutes to spare. Quick stop to snap this castle en route. Looking forward to a lie in in the morning
