"Dinner"

It’s wet, wet, wet and I’ve arranged to play golf at Callander tomorrow morning, hopefully it’ll be dry. Spent the day indoors preparing dinner as the family were coming over. Chicken Piri Piri on the menu that’s one of their favourites with rice and Garlic bread followed by Toffee Coronet and washed down with a variety of drinks, mainly soft. It was very tasty although I say it myself. Used to enjoy cooking on my days off when I worked at the Scotsman, nothing better than making a meal from scratch.
