walk by the water ..

It has been a day of heavy showers and the sun breaking through the clouds .Dramatic skies.
These days have been demanding and stress levels do not always reflect the intention to be calm and centred. Today it was difficult to choose a photograph for Blip. We have had Jim's daughter who lives in London here for today with her boyfriend...and I could have posted a beautiful photo of her . I wonder if all families have complex dynamics . The addition of new partners into our family has brought new experiences.
Strongly reinforcing the intention to make this home a warm welcoming and peaceful place for all our family at all stages of our lives.
This photo is taken on the shore of Loch Lomond . I really enjoyed the walk and the much needed space as I slowed down to walk myself and enjoy the beautiful Autumnal colours and paths strewn with acorns.
