Special Access

I was allowed permission to enter the Den of Rock WITH MY CAMERA for a small performance from future star of the stage, Jimbo.

It was cool.

Nothing today except hair cut and colour, some cooking and a short blast of prep for my lesson tomorrow.

Slow realisation that pain is returning, intermittently, but definitely in the same places. I suspect that I now have scar tissue in the places where the problem growths were. Hopefully exercise and being (sensibly) active will help to keep the problems at a manageable level. I am not going back to the dark place again.
