Wet clothes

Another half day of walking again today - retracing our steps all the way down into a valley again before climbing somewhere between 1.800 and 1,900 steps up to Chomrong. The exact number was disputed by my Mum and I but neither of us was too keen to commit to a re-count.

We were glad to have a short day since it poured with rain all day, and we managed to settle in relative comfort with warm food and drink. Other trekkers dribbled in over the afternoon, and by early evening the balcony was scattered with wet coats and bags attempting to dry out (unsuccessfully) overnight...
