cold feet!

a lovely sunday. another unexpectedly warm and sunny day, it didn't feel like almost-november! we found a gorgeous woodland/gorge walk just a mile from our house, and then spent the afternoon at the beach where there were near-perfect waves for gordon to surf.

in fact the whole day was nearly perfect, except for 2 identical tantrums from laurie screaming 'I AM TIRED!!!' all the way back from both the woods and the beach despite many good snacks!.

and a wee update on sam - he is doing fab. misses out on all the photos as is permanently tucked away in his sling. growing like a mushroom, almost out of 0-3 month clothes already (and not yet 1 month old!!)
