Last rose of Autumn
Best viewed *larger*
It's just about clinging on, but anymore heavy weather & it will be over for another year, unless we do indeed get an Indian Summer... but it's looking less & less likely. This is a David Austin rose called 'Buttercup' & it was planted for my mum when she died, so to see it late into the season, is very comforting.
Back blip for yesterday - After the storm
Back blips because I had no time yesterday for blip, Craft shows looming, & a social evening with next door. If I do disappear, I'm sure I'll still be taking photographs daily, but just not having the time to blip.
And...
Calm in the storm
And the back blip from the day before too...
Perfectly placed
Tomorrow it's a day going to places in quick paced time, from gym to Barnstaple to Bideford - Holsworthy if we can make it in the afternoon, totally the opposite way... it'll be one of those mad busy days, but then least the worst day of the week will be quickly over - one hopes! xxx
