Through the Gatepost

9yo and I went for a good circuit of the moor this afternoon, with mushroom spotting augmenting the fun. This unusual appendage to a gatepost seemed to offer nice potential as a landscape frame.
Earlier, a single Red Admiral visited the garden, so yesterday's wasn't the last butterfly of the year.
There'll be a brief pause in blipping as I head home to Wales for a few days, but I'll catch up on return.
