Who is the lucky one?

The Head Gardener is off on a business trip as part of his day job for a few days. It will be tough, it's a long flight, temperatures will be in the upper 20s with wall to wall sunshine and he's staying in a swanky hotel with a casino! Yes, the conference is in ...Las Vegas. I've packed the case, downloaded reading matter onto his ipad, get to take him to the airport and pick him up again when he gets back.
In return I get to watch Downton with no running commentary about who has slept with who, watch the Bake Off without him going dewy eyed over Ruby and eat cornflakes for dinner should I choose to do so!
Life is nothing if not varied!
