Gold belt senior

Decided to give my autumn series a rest today, in favour of Tristan's Choi Kwang Do grading. Gold belt senior is about one third of the way towards black belt. His instructor reckons at his current pace, he should make black belt by the time he is ten. This has spurred Tristan on no end.

Top left is Tristan 'taking down' his instructor...I think he was pretty pleased with himself for being allowed to do that!
