Mmmm marinated tuna tostada with avocado and Chipotle mayonnaise. I love raw tuna it just melted in my mouth, absolutely delicious. We shared a giant nacho made entirely out of melted cheese with guacamole dip to start. A fairly sensible night leaving at around 11pm so no hangover today (Sunday) :-)
