Cabbage Patch 10

StorksRock is injured so couldn't run but did an excellent job supporting. This is about 4 miles in heading north from Kingston. The place where last time SR started pulling away. I did fine to 5 miles-45m 30 and ok to 10k - 57.30 but lost it in the last three miles and finished 1.36.25. (I'd like to go sub 1:30:00) while suffering on the way round I considered the enormity of running 26 miles in April. But felt much better at the end after a pint in the eel pie with fellow runners Matt and ruby.
