Lok Chaa

After an epic 48 hour journey I finally made it to Svey Sisophon, my adopted Cambodian hometown. After dropping my bags off I surprised my friend Anna (who wasn't expecting me until tomorrow) at her house, then went and got us lok chaa for dinner.

Lok chaa is a Cambodian noodle dish and it is absolutely delicious. I went back to my favourite lok chaa lady, who not only recognised me after two years away, but remembered that I like mine without meat.
