Rhododendron

Our canine, Robbie, had an appointment with his beautician this morning. He hates being groomed especially the water part!
After delivering Robbie to his comeuppance I then deposited the Mother at her beautician and filled the following hour with me time. Enjoyed a coffee with Mother in a cafe which used to be our local butchery when we lived in that hillside suburb a decade plus ago. Mother loves it there as they do a very nice ecceles cake. Lovely small ones so she can have one with coffee and one to take home for laters!!
Picked the canine up on our way home and done for the day.

This lovely rhododendron was one of several blooming near the cafe. Reminds me of lemon curd or Manuka honey.
