All day ticket.

Today I needed to purchase an all day ticket. I was attending some training and it was an all day job so an all day ticket was the cheapest option.

I arrived at the car park in good time, lots of spaces given the early hour on a Saturday, I pulled up next to the ticket machine and explored my ticket purchasing options. I was pleased really because I thought it would be £5 but it was only £4 so a saving.

I then decided to move my car to the middle of the park, I thought if I parked next to the machine my car was more likely to be scratched or broken into given the volume of people traffic which would park next to it whilst purchasing their own tickets.

I moved my car and walked back to the machine to purchase my ticket. The first 3 £1 went in no bother but the 4th wouldn't register. After 5 - 6 attempts at putting my money in I moved anti clockwise to the next machine. Well, if the same thing didn't happen again. Another anti clockwise move to the last machine in the car park, now late I wondered what to do if this one doesn't work.

It did and I got my all day ticket.
