High steaks ....

.... Clearly not high enough.

Picture the scene - Potato wedges, onion rings , peppercorn sauce and sirloin steaks.

Steaks lightly seasoned and resting at room temperature prior to the final stage of this delightful dinner.

We take our eyes off the ball for one minute and were met with the above image on our return to the kitchen . Daisy scoffed 2 raw sirloin in a matter of seconds. To say she is in the bad books doesn't even come near it.
