Infront of the monastery
Ben had a football match where Palma meets the countryside. There was a little unpleasantness at the match and we left feeling a little low, but I had spotted this place, La Real Biogranja on the way and we stopped off to find some veg. An hour later, we left loaded with organic foodstuffs, a new Mallorquin basket for me, a free giant pumpkin /squash and the feeling that we had made some good friends. That is the way to shop! We had a look around the allotments behind the shop and were very tempted to rent one, though it is maybe a little too far to come as often as one should. The monastery has a great roof. Ben was thinking how he could climb up it Assassins' Creed style. I was thinking more about growing stuff. That would be marvellous.
In the search for food for pond fish, we visited various pet emporia. No bulk Koi food, but puppies galore and we felt a little saddened again. Maybe next year...
Little A has gone to a friend's for a sleepover, Ben and I are messing on computers, but happy knowing there is some good food coming up.
Some Soller girls are running in the Tui marathon tomorrow. Good luck chicas! I will feed you some organic food tomorrow and give you a pedicure if you like. Happy evening everyone.
