Cycling Day

Took the bikes up to Abriachan, had forgotten I said never again after the last time - extreme! Tracks made for enthusiasts (not me) and I struggled to keep up with my lot.
This was taken when we'd finished, and my bike had had a damn good thrashing hehe.
As I have a 'special' birthday coming up I'm going to get fit I've decided! :)
