Roasted pumpkin Seeds
Now that we're all carving pumpkin-heads for Halloween, do yourself a favour and keep the seeds from the pumpkin, and make yourself a nice quick snack.
Free the seeds from the flesh, rinse them, and let them drip off on a towel. Dry them in the oven until the surface seems dry.
Fry them on a pan with 1 tea spoon olive oil and fine salt. Fry the until the first seeds start to pop. The salt them to your liking, and let them cool off for a little while. Yummy! :)
