Tray Bun*
These crusty, poppy seed encrusted rolls looked (sort of ) delicious. I didn't go so far as to buy one but Mister Bakerman was very obliging in posing for my picture. Afterwards I went round behind him and burst a paper bag by his ear but he didn't flinch.** How do you dislodge those bagels? Perhaps they are all pinned together. Or maybe it's a bit like dry stone walling.
I never fathomed out the mystery.
* French for "Very Good".
