An iPhone in Disguise

Thank you so very much, lovely, fabulous blippers! Your affection yesterday at my 300th blip was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate it more than I can express. The blip even went to the spotlight for a time, thanks to you. You guys are just great and make this a unique community.

On my way to work on Friday morning I took some good shots of the beach. When I got to work, my iPhone was briefly submerged in a sink full of water. Evidently phones don't like water... I take all my photos on that phone and for a moment I wondered if my blip journal had come to an end on a high note. Many thanks to the clever Shandonner for his suggestion of putting it in raw white rice (to soak up the water) and wait. So here is a shot of my very poorly iphone.

I'm happy to report on Saturday morning that the phone has made a full recovery and that halfway decent blipping can recommence! Plus, the camera fund is in tact.
