North Island Saddleback
We got to Tiritiri Matangi today for the first time. It was great to see some of the bird life especially the saddleback which is extinct on the mainland apart from where it has been reintroduced into some sanctuaries. There are now around 6000 left.
We saw loads of Tui's and stitchbirds a couple of robins, bellbirds and a NZ wood pidgeon I shall add some more to my blipfolio
If you view large you will see all the pollen on its head.
