Progress

The cardigan is coming along nicely. On to the lace edging already and certain it will be ready in a couple more days :) Might even be able to plan a visit Perthwards to deliver it and meet the newest member of the family!

Fun packed day today. Went swimming with the two of them by myself today. They were both very good and had alot of fun. Euan liked the fact that he could touch the bottom of the whole pool. He went down the slide once but I think that he got a scare last time he was on one when he slipped going up the steps and banged his head. At least he tried it. After bringvin for an hour he was super confident putting his face in the water and diving in off the side. Rhona loved the wiggle and was splashing in off the side swimming towards me underwater for short distances. I can't believe how confident she has gotten all of a sudden.

Went into town after to get Euans cat seat replaced as the strap is not working. Having to use the car belt as the child restraint strap is not locking so is not safe. Thankfully, John Lewis have again been really helpful and immediately offered a replacement to be picked up on Tuesday.

Subway for lunch and both kids ate almost every mouthful which is not like them, swimming must have made them hungry! Tesco after where Euan had fun scanning or shopping with the new hand held scanner then home for a nap for Rhona and some playtime for Euan.

Salmon for tea, the usual battle with Euan to eat as "he doesn't like it" but with a bit of assistance it was all eaten. The corn on the cob, as usual, went down a treat!

Enjoyed my evening and now off to bed. Night night.
