Deer Abbey

I have blipped the ruins of the Abbey of Deer on several occasions. It's one of my favourite places for a wee wander when I want a quiet moment. I had a minute or two today en route to Banff when such a moment presented itself, and I'm glad I grabbed the opportunity. Not another soul around, except the souls of the past. So peaceful! Have a great weekend fellow blippers! I'm looking forward to mine. The house is very quiet as the family have gone off on holiday. Nice for a wee while but it will be odd to wake up in the morning without the gleeful sound of the grandchildren welcoming the day.
