Open sesame

It's Friday who bloody ray !
Have been feeling stressed this week for various reasons - truth be known the underlying reason is the pending doom of a cataract op in a few days, where has the long wait disappeared to ! Yikes.

It's been a mixed bag of a week but here I am eagerly waiting for the door to open for the arrival of Meg (back from Uni). On the wall is a key hook that Ryan made in year 5 and which he proudly wrapped up for my Christmas present - the art work he chose to paint on it is of a truck (bless), I still hang things on it to date. You can also see the dog lead (Poppy's) which hangs in its usual place together with the Cat's catnip toy (Lady's) - a reminder of our dear, sweet, and so sadly missed pets, it's been 2 years plus but we will often reminisce fun and happier times when we would return to the house to a very loving reception every time - now it's my turn ! Come on Meg I can't wait for you to put that key in the door ...
