Tennafest

For al the non locals who read my blips I will explain the title. During the month of October in the Channel Islands of Guernsey and Jersey a lot of participating hotels and restaurants offer a special menu for around £10.00
This has been going for many years and originally all meals (usually 3 course) cost exactly a tenner, unfortunately prices and inflation have boosted it up to about £15.00 per head but it is still cracking food and very reasonable price (there are still one or two who charge £10.00 I have no idea how they do it ). We went out to celebrate Mich`s birthday this evening and it was a superb three course meal. This is my main, it was scrumptious. We will go again.
