Elderberry

My Dad used to collect these for his wine making. I preferred the wine he made with the elderflower. He also made raspberry wine as they lived in the middle of the raspberry fields and once the picking had stopped the crofter would tell him to help himself. There was always lots of fruit left and it made lovely wine.
My internet connection has not been good today, so no comments so far I hope to catch up now it seems to be on again.
