What's that? Lame? We'll blame the Beloved for coming up with it AND copyrighting it.

I spend some quality time at the lake because it wasn't raining, it wasn't sunny (so no other people) and I wasn't in any pain and/or hurry. And everyone came out to play including a new-to-me Northern Pintail that got me excited but that was already in the Blip Big Year.

I like this one. I like birds. I like weekends. Birds on Friday afternoons is about as good as it gets.

(I've been quiet about the government shutdown. Not because I had nothing to say but because I had too much to say. And none of it was nice. I found this enlightening) and sadly true of this ludicrous system.)
