The Blue Tit

I have built a hide to get near shots of the birds in the yard. Just a tiny box, floor 1m x 1m and height 1,5 m. On one side there is a reflecting mirror glass (StopSol Cassic Clear), 900 x 400 x 6 mm. There is just place for max 2 persons. The idea is borrowed from Bence Mate, great hungarian nature photograph.

There are many challenges in the photo technique.

As we all know, the depth of field is very small in macro shots. That's why you should use a small aperture, but then you don't have any light. And with the flash you get new problems. My study and experiment has just started. Perhaps artificial light, but how?
