Get DOWN. DOWN I say!!

I thought I'd found the nest of The Lambton Worm.

I'm doing another brew, but this time I hoyed the yeast in while not full, but still workably warm. Today I went to continue the up-topping and beheld this awesome sight.

What, particularly, caught my eye was the wormy nature of the froth. I'm guessing that each individual particle of yeast must have grown kinda sharpish and confined to as far as its arms would stretch. Caught at just the right moment, coz it settled back rapidly as the top up gently progressed.
