Chocolate fondant puddings

At a recent book group evening, my friend Barbara made Chocolate Fondant Puddings. They were very tasty, and she said they were really easy to make. So this evening I tried making some for the family. Young fella likes salted caramel, so he had a dollop on the top for extra sweetness.
