Elegant

A good mixture of colours here. If I'd realised I would have made sure the buff did not match the trousers. The trousers are so warm that I have only worn them twice in the 20 odd years since I bought them in a Rohan sale. They are ideal when you know it is going to be extremely cold and you don't have to carry them somewhere (as they are quite heavy and you can't wear them while exercising cos you overheat).

I could afford to wear this outfit and not worry about embarrassing my niece (who I take skiing in Scotland once a year) since she is off to Uni this year and this is likely the last time we do this. She is a good skier now, and I hope she will continue to ski. If not, it is a good life skill to revisit later in life.
