OPERA cake.

My housemate Miranda made an opera cake, and it turned out brilliantly.

Honestly, Mary and Paul would have been impressed. Also, the gnash retained it's shine and the layers were almost perfectly even. And the flavours are great. Only thing I'm deducting points for is the lack of writing on the top... Apparently it even has a little bit of alcohol in it somewhere, just for Mary.

I live in a really nice house with someone who bakes... it's soooo cool.
