Moonrise over Shaker Village

Tonight, on my way home, I noticed the moon rising. I was trying to get to a place that would be a good spot to capture it. I was not near a mountain view, or the lake. As I came around the corner, there it was, rising up behind the Shaker Village. How appropriate and haunting, as this week the "haunted Shaker Village" was the theme this week for their presentation.
I've been intrigued by this little community, created by the Shakers more than a century ago. No longer inhabited, since the last of the Shakers passed away a few years ago, it is now a place for tourists to come and experience the Shaker way of life.
A perfect mild, autumn evening, with a perfect, nearly full moon.
