Got up early to drop the girls at a friends so I could go with Dad to Orsett hospital for his appointment. He was booked to be picked up at 8:30am; they turned up at 10am! Got there in time for his appointment though. Afterwards we waited around for the transport to pick us up and drink tea and ate biscuits. Finally got Dad back and I had enough time to eat lunch and wash up before having to pick the girls up from school.

I get them home, read and do homework and then it's in the car to do shopping as we had no food in the house. Dinner cooked and eaten, kids bathed and finally at 8:30pm I get some time for me. So I knit!
