Box of chocs

Valrhona chocolate for some cooking that I'm doing later in the year. I got a great deal with the kilo and the 2 boxes of cocoa. I've told MrC that I'm going to try a chocolate pear tart with chocolate frangipani but we'll see what happens soon enough.
