Dreamlike

Ok Ok, NYC's sky never ever looks like this but sometimes I like to make my pictures have a dreamlike quality. This is a pic I took outside my office building @ lunch, the clouds were building for what looked like possible heavy storms in the afternoon, here it is 8:30 in the PM and lo rain --- Yet.
