juice Each year the vines over the pergola and the fence produce pounds and pounds of grapes. Each year I think I should do something with them. This year gentle reader I did. I made grape jelly. This is stage two, boiling three pounds of grapes, which are then left to drain overnight through a teatowel. Update - three pounds of grapes made two (small) jars of jelly. Hope they're nice!
