ReWilding t'Moor ?

Been out tonight to listen to George Monbiot at Ilkley Literature Festival. I don't always agree with all he has to say, but he does alway make me think.

His current rant message is rewilding, and he delivers a eloquent and convincing narrative - whilst I'm not with him on reintroducing elephants and lions, I think on the moor I can buy into more trees definitely, a few boar probably and perhaps late at night after a glass of whisky lynx - would make a run on the moor more fun (and provide some more blip opportunities let's face it) - though not sure DM would approve.
