Paris by night

Got a meeting in Paris en route to Houston ... staying near the Opera and nipped in to this excellent little restaurant Le Persil Fleur this evening. The special tonight was St. Pierre et St. Jacques (John Dory and Scallops in a white butter sauce), which I had and which was totally divine.
