This is from one of the panels of the Isenheim Altarpiece by Matthias Grünewald, currently located in Musée d'Unterlinden in Colmar. This panel depicts the torment of Saint Anthony by what I can only assume are creatures from the castle beyond the goblin city. I believe god sent angels to help him through the labyrinth and to defeat David Bowie...
