Mushroom or Toadstool?

I think it is a Milkcap, but can't be certain. I found it decapitated on an early morning walk. Unfortunately it was the only thing I did find. What was worse is I had just spent almost an hour looking for my Lee Filter Holder which had come off the lens without me realising while I was walking along. So frustrating!

To get the depth of field I used a focus stack.
