gate keepers

Hubby and I took a new route on our morning walk today and met this lovely pair.
When they came running from the back of the house to the front fence I was expecting a lot of barking and jumping and guard dog behavior.
But instead they were very peaceful and welcoming!
And that's the kind of "gate keeper" I want to be :-)
