Samuel Seabury

Spotted this plaque today on the East Wall of Marischal College ( now Aberdeen Council HQ) Quadrangle.
It's dedicated to Samuel Seabury (1727-1796) of whom I know nothing at all. Will have to do some digging as to why it is there.
